Once an order has been received by me, it will be handmade and dispatched within 3 days.
To keep shipping prices low, all small orders (under 3 full sets) are sent out via regular Canada Post services without tracking.
If you need an order expedited, or require tracking please contact me to arrange it before you purchase.
Domestic orders will arrive within 7-30 business days and international will arrive within 12-30 business days. I guarantee all of my deliveries so if it does not arrive after the shipping window is complete, please contact me for resolution.
Buyers are responsible for any international customs and import taxes that may apply. If the buyer chooses to abandon the package, it is considered a cancelation of order and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees, 10% printing and processing fees and will only receive reimbursement for the physical items once they have been returned in their original condition within the 25 day return window.
The shop is not responsible for delays due to customs.
